Design Summary

An isometric, character centred mobile phone game where the player moves around a house, fixing water-wasting spots.

 

The player earns money from fixing spots. The money is then used to purchase items for fixing more complex water-wasting spots.

 

At the start of a game mission, the house is wasting water every day (One minute in real time). These wasted litres are subtracted each game day from the total water supply. If the water supply reaches zero, the game is over. Once the player has fixed all spots, that mission is complete. At the completion of a mission the player receives a bonus amount of water, which is added to the total water supply, and the next mission begins.

 

Non-Player Characters can create water-wasting spots during a mission and need to be caught ‘in the act’ to be fixed.

 

The goal is to complete as many missions as possible before running out of water.
